Off-Season Practices Schedules:

Middle and High School Boys: Monday and Wednesday from 3:30pm-5:30 pm in the McCaskey Wrestling room.

High School Girls: Tuesday and Thursday from 4:30pm-6:00pm at the McCaskey Wrestling room.

​

Season starts November 15th, 2024.  Last day for sign ups are November 30th.
